    Rammy is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience advising investors, public institutions and private companies as well as Equity and Debt Funds. Rammy leads the TCC team and provides oversight in the transactions and projects delivery. With a banking background, she has held both executive and non-executive senior roles in public and private institutions, specializing in project and corporate finance, as well as PPP projects. Her sector expertise includes renewable energy and power, oil & gas, technology, health, housing, real estate, transport and agriculture

  • Investment (Mining, Project Finance and Infrastructure)

    As a Chartered Accountant and Investment Banker, Billy brings a wealth of experience to the TCC team. He has held senior roles as Vice President and Director of M&A at Societe Generale's London office as well as with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). His particular expertise is in private sector infrastructure investment, particularly in the Mining sector, where he has spearheaded a number of critical transactions within South Africa’s mining industry.
